SPIN & SCULPT

30 minutes of spinning and 30 minutes of weight training doing different formats.
BODYPUMP

5-10 minute warmup. Varying segements of core and strength training using free weights, aerobics balls and bands.
SPINNING

5 minute warm-up of light cycling and strech followed by 35 minutes of intense cycling. Ending with 5 minute light cycle and strech cooldown.
